Introducing even better working conditions
Working within the companies of The Sharing Group has always been fun but 2020 provided the company with a completely new challenge: COVID changed the way we look at the work environment. Mijndomein was used to the foosball table, a yearly performance bonus and a massage at work. It was not tailored yet to working from home on a daily basis and catering to the needs of its employees in this new situation. Together with the group we quickly adapted to the situation and used it to our advantage. Embracing a hybrid working environment, providing tools for a good workstation at home and changing our workplaces into hubs that facilitate having meetings and social interactions. And because people were not able to have a massage at work, we gave our employees the opportunity to have a massage at home.
